Data Deletion & Account Controls

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with Makerivo and how to disconnect third-party integrations. It is intended to support transparency requirements for platforms such as Meta and Google when you connect our Service to their products.
1. Who can use this process
If you are a registered Customer (business user) of our Service, you can request deletion of your account data as described below. If you are an end user who messaged a business that uses our Service, please contact that business directly; we process such conversations on their behalf and may need their instruction or confirmation to delete specific operational records.
2. Request account and data deletion
Send an email to info@makerivo.com with the subject line Data deletion request and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name and company name (if applicable)
- A brief statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted
- Optional: connected phone numbers or channel identifiers to help us locate records
We will verify ownership of the account (for example by replying to the registered email or using other reasonable verification). After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, unless a longer retention is required by law (for example tax or fraud-prevention obligations).
3. Disconnect Meta (Facebook / WhatsApp / Instagram) integrations
You can remove our app’s access from your Meta settings at any time. After disconnecting, we will stop receiving new data through that integration. Historical data already stored may still be subject to deletion under section 2 or your Customer agreement.

4. Disconnect Google account access
If you signed in with Google or connected Google Business Profile features, you can revoke our application’s access in your Google Account security settings. That stops new data access via OAuth; deletion of stored copies is handled under section 2 where applicable.
5. What may be retained
Even after deletion, we may retain certain records where required by law or legitimate interests, such as aggregated non-identifying statistics, audit logs with minimized identifiers, or records necessary to establish legal claims. When retention is required, access is restricted.
